Application Procedure:

1. Download and fill out application form
2. Send reference forms to your pastor and a friend
3. Send completed application form with application fee to the Canada Word of Faith Bible Training Centre address
4. Read theStudent Handbookto make sure you can abide by the expectations of the Ministry Training Centre
5. Your application form will be processed within 4 weeks
6. If accepted you will receive an acceptance letter. (International students may need this letter to receive a 6 month visitor visa)
7. Make sure you allow enough time to have your application in before the set due date.
8. Sign the personal and pastoral recommendation forms indicating that the provided information is confidential.
9. Your application can only be processed once all the information, picture and fees are in.

How to apply

In order to be accepted for training at the Canada Word of Faith Bible Training Centre you must fill out the application form completely and have it returned via mail complete with picture and application fee to:

Please note:

• Your application form will not be processed, unless it is completely filled out, with a picture attached and the initial application fee of $100.00 is included!

• Application due date is September 1, 2008

• Applications received afer September 1st will be charged the increased price of $2,150.00.
